Mazda Digital Music Changer

Plays music files from USB memory stick , 3.5mm Aux jack or via Bluetooth.
Track numbers (no names) will be displayed on the radio as if they were CD folders. Tracks can be changed using the radio buttons or by the cars steering controls.

USB Interface ONE: Play music. This USB interface allows for the direct connection of the CD changer port for delivering CD quality sound. 

Support streaming the following audio formats from an USB flash or USB external (USB SD card reader) device:
MP2/MP3 
WMA 
FLAC (8/16/24 Bit) 
ACC/MP4/M4A
WAV ,AIF, AIFC

USB Interface TWO: The USB interface provides 5V output port for iPhones, Androids, Tablet & other devices.

This interface is for  Mazda cars that have the 16 pin CD Changer connector at the back of the radio.
If the car already had a CD changer then this must be disconnected.

RX-8 radio firmware needs to be v9.55 or later, excluding v10.1 and 9.81. To check which firmware your RX-8 has, make sure the radio (FM) is turned on, then press and hold "TEXT" Then, also press and hold number "1" at the same time for a few more seconds. The LCD should then report your firmware version.
