Add a rear camera to the OEM monitor of select Audi group cars with MMI 3G

Audi A4 (B8) Audi A5/Q5 , A6 /Q7(years 2010-2012 only) with MMI3G high or 3G+
An LVDS cable is fitted at the front behind the head-unit and a cable harness to the CANbus gateway control module behind glove-box or under steering wheel.
No special coding is needed as the interface integrates with the LVDS cable behind the vehicle head unit.
The rear camera will activate as soon as reverse gear is engaged. The front camera will only activate if reverse gear is selected and then immediately afterwards drive forward gear is selected.
